Jee1 Affiliates Program
Effective Date: 28 Apr 2026
Welcome to the Jee1 Affiliates Program (“Program”), operated by Jee1 Labs Pvt Ltd (Jee1 ERP). By registering or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals, pharma distributors, retailers, and businesses.
- You must provide accurate details during registration.
- Jee1 reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.
2. Affiliate Role
- Affiliates promote Jee1 ERP and onboard distributors/retailers using their unique referral code.
- You are responsible for ensuring ethical promotion and accurate representation of Jee1 services.
- Misleading, false, or spam-based promotion is strictly prohibited.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn commission on successful onboarding and actual payment of invoices by referred users.
- Commission is credited only after Jee1 receives payment from the referred customer.
- If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, corresponding commission may be adjusted or reversed.
4. Earnings & Wallet
- Earned commissions will be visible in your affiliate dashboard.
- Wallet balance is updated after payment confirmation from referred users.
- Jee1 may apply verification checks before reflecting or releasing earnings.
5. Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹1000
- Withdrawals can be requested through the app.
- Payments will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5–10 working days).
- Jee1 may request KYC or bank verification before processing payouts.
6. Fair Usage & Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals or fake accounts
- Multiple accounts to generate artificial commissions
- Misrepresentation of Jee1 services
- Any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical practices
👉 Violation may result in:
- Commission forfeiture
- Account suspension or termination
- Legal action if required
7. Modification of Program
- Jee1 reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Program.
- Changes will be communicated via app, email, or official channels.
- Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
8. Suspension & Termination
- Jee1 may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for violations, suspicious activity, or business reasons.
- Upon termination, pending commissions may be reviewed before release.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Jee1 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee earnings or specific income levels.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
