By accessing and using Jee1's ERP and Supply Chain Management platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Jee1 provides a cloud-based, open-source ERP and Supply Chain Management platform specifically designed for the pharmaceutical industry in India. Our services include but are not limited to: Inventory management and tracking GST-compliant invoicing and tax reporting Sales and purchase order management Analytics and reporting tools Mobile and web platform access
3. User Accounts
To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration Maintain and promptly update your account information Maintain the security of your password and account Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Jee1 platform to: Violate any applicable laws or regulations Infringe upon the rights of others Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose Resell or redistribute the platform without authorization
5. Open Source License
Jee1 is an open-source platform. Certain components of our software are licensed under open-source licenses. You agree to comply with the terms of applicable open-source licenses. The platform's source code availability and modification rights are subject to the specific open-source license terms.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data entered into the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over the data you provide. You are responsible for: The accuracy and legality of the data you enter Maintaining appropriate backups of your data Ensuring compliance with data protection laws
7. GST Compliance
While Jee1 provides tools to help you maintain GST compliance, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform and your business practices comply with all applicable GST laws and regulations. You should consult with qualified tax professionals regarding your specific compliance obligations.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to: Modify or discontinue services with or without notice Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily limit access Suspend access for security or operational reasons
9. Intellectual Property
The Jee1 platform, including its design, functionality, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Jee1 and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Jee1. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jee1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: Your use or inability to use the platform Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or your data Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the platform Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage incurred from the use of content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jee1, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Pricing and Payment
Jee1 currently offers its platform free of charge for one use from each organization. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to users with advance notice.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability
