At JEE1, we prioritize the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
Information We Collect
When you use the JEE1 platform (Jee1.co, jee1.tech, jee1.live), we may collect a variety of information to ensure a smooth and personalized user experience. This includes personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and other identifiers that help us recognize and support you as a user. We also gather business-related information, including GST numbers, billing details, inventory records, transaction history, and other operational data relevant to the services you use.
In addition to this, we collect usage data that reflects how you interact with the platform. This includes log files, browser and device information, access times, and other analytical insights that help us improve performance and usability. We also use cookies and tracking technologies to enhance your overall experience—enabling features like remembering your preferences, analyzing usage trends, and optimizing navigation within the platform.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used primarily to provide, operate, and maintain the core ERP services offered by JEE1. It enables us to deliver a seamless experience by supporting user authentication, transaction processing, and personalized dashboard functionality. We also use your data to respond promptly to queries, support tickets, and any other customer service needs that arise during your use of the platform. Additionally, we may send you essential updates, alerts, new feature announcements, or service-related messages to keep you informed and engaged. Beyond direct communication, your interaction data helps us understand how the platform is being used, allowing us to improve system performance, usability, and functionality through analytical insights and behavioral tracking. Finally, we use this information to meet any legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements, ensuring that your use of JEE1 is secure, compliant, and professionally managed.
Sharing Your Information
At JEE1, we do not sell or rent your personal or business information to third parties under any circumstances. However, in order to deliver our services effectively, we may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us with key operations such as cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, technical support, and platform maintenance. These partners are contractually obligated to safeguard your information and use it only for the purposes necessary to perform their specific functions.
In certain cases, we may also disclose your information to regulatory or legal authorities if required to comply with applicable laws, legal proceedings, or enforceable government requests. Additionally, in the event of a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction, with continued protection under this Privacy Policy or a comparable framework.
Data Security
At JEE1, we take the security of your data seriously and are committed to protecting it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption methods to secure data in transit and at rest, and all sensitive information is stored on protected cloud infrastructure that is regularly monitored for potential vulnerabilities. Our security measures include access control protocols, secure servers, multi-layer authentication, and routine system audits to maintain the integrity of the platform.
While we implement rigorous technical and organizational safeguards, it’s important to understand that no digital system is entirely immune to risk. We strongly encourage users to take their own precautions—such as using strong passwords, keeping login credentials confidential, and immediately reporting any suspicious activity. By working together, we aim to maintain a secure and reliable digital environment for every JEE1 user.
Your Rights and Choices
As a user of JEE1, you have the right to understand how your data is being used and to exercise control over it where applicable. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and you also have the right to request corrections if any of that information is inaccurate or outdated. In certain circumstances, you may also request that we delete your personal data or restrict how we process it—for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
If you have previously given consent for certain types of data processing, you have the option to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, you can contact us directly at connect@jee1.tech. We are committed to responding to all such requests in a timely and lawful manner, ensuring transparency and respect for your privacy at every step.
Third-Party Links and Services
The JEE1 platform may include links to third-party websites, services, or applications for purposes such as payment processing, analytics, or integration with accounting tools like Tally. While we strive to work only with reliable and secure service providers, it’s important to note that once you leave our platform—either by clicking a link or using a third-party feature—you are subject to the privacy practices and terms of those external entities. JEE1 does not control and is not responsible for how third-party services collect, store, or use your data.
We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party platforms you choose to engage with while using JEE1. Any interactions with such services are undertaken at your own discretion, and we recommend exercising caution before sharing any sensitive or personal information outside the scope of our platform.
We Are Not Responsible For
While JEE1 is designed to simplify and automate pharmaceutical business operations through its cloud-based ERP platform, it is important to clarify that we are not responsible for all outcomes resulting from the use of our software. Specifically, JEE1 is not liable for any inaccuracies, discrepancies, or losses arising from user-entered data. The platform relies on the information provided by users, and any incorrect entries—such as wrong stock counts, billing errors, or outdated GST details—are the sole responsibility of the user.
We are also not responsible for operational delays or issues caused by network failures, internet disruptions, or malfunctioning third-party integrations, including but not limited to external software, plugins, or hardware. Furthermore, misuse or unauthorized sharing of login credentials, access by unverified team members, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements remains the responsibility of the user or their organization.
JEE1 offers intelligent tools and automated insights, but the final decisions regarding inventory, billing, orders, and compliance are made by the user. We strongly advise all users to verify the accuracy of their inputs and outputs and to operate within the boundaries of applicable laws and business best practices.
Children’s Privacy
JEE1 is a business-to-business (B2B) platform specifically developed for pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and C&F agents. Our services are intended solely for individuals and entities engaged in commercial activities within the pharmaceutical supply chain. As such, our platform is not designed for, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18.
If we become aware personal data from a minor is submitted, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s online activity and to contact us immediately at connect@jee1.tech if they believe that a child under 18 has provided information to us without their consent.
Updates to This Policy
As our platform evolves and as privacy laws and technological standards continue to change, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new practices, regulatory requirements, or feature enhancements. Any modifications to the policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date, so you can always stay informed about how your data is being collected, used, and protected.
We encourage all users to review this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure you understand your rights and our responsibilities. Continued use of the JEE1 platform after any updates are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. In cases where significant changes are introduced, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through email, in-app alerts, or other direct communication methods.
